Who to contact
Send your request to the Data Protection Officer address below, with the subject "Data deletion". Include the phone number or e-mail used in the conversation so the record can be located.
If you talked to a business that uses Nexiry
In that case the business is the data controller and Nexiry only processes the data on its behalf. Your request is forwarded to that business, which decides and responds. Contacting the business directly is usually faster.
What happens next
Requests are answered within the deadlines set by the LGPD. Some records may be retained when the law requires it — for example to comply with a legal obligation or to exercise rights in proceedings (article 16 of the LGPD).
