How Nexiry processes personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

Who processes your data, and in which role
Nexiry provides a customer-service platform that centralises conversations from messaging channels connected by its business customers.
For the conversations of a customer's own end contacts, the CUSTOMER is the data controller and Nexiry acts as the data processor, handling those data solely on the customer's instructions.
For account, access and billing data of the customer and its users, Nexiry is the controller.
What is processed and why
Account and profile data; conversation content and metadata from connected channels; access and audit logs; billing data; and support requests.
Legal bases include performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention.
Sharing and international transfers
Nexiry does not sell personal data. Data are shared only with cloud infrastructure and storage providers, payment providers, public authorities when legally required, and the messaging application provider to the extent needed to deliver messages.
Part of the infrastructure may store or process data outside Brazil, under the safeguards required by article 33 of the LGPD.
Retention
Data are retained while the account is active. Media files (audio, images, video and documents) exchanged in conversations remain available for at least 7 days from sending or receipt; after that the text record of the conversation remains, but media files may no longer be accessible.
Your rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent where processing relies on it.
Requests can be sent to the Data Protection Officer. You may also petition the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
